Synopsis

TIDE is the CEC programme aimed at stimulating the creation of a Single Market in Rehabilitation Technology through cooperation in R&D projects, standardization and harmonization of technological products and services. Rehabilitation technology is the total of technologies provided directly to elderly and/or disabled people, to enable them to live more independent lives and become integrated in all the activities of their communities, preferably outside of institutional care.
